Refund Policy

Last updated: 31 May 2026

We want you to be happy with Himalaya Cloud. This policy explains when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Shared & reseller hosting — 7-day money back

New shared-hosting and reseller-hosting orders carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund the hosting fee. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not cover renewals, domains, or setup fees.

Cloud VPS & managed n8n

VPS and managed-n8n plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused time, at our discretion, less any setup or migration costs and less third-party costs already incurred (e.g. licences). Because these are dedicated resources provisioned on order, they are not covered by the 7-day guarantee.

Domains — non-refundable

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. Registry fees are charged immediately and cannot be reversed, regardless of whether the domain is used.

Setup fees & add-ons

One-time setup fees, and consumed add-ons or completed professional services (e.g. a delivered workflow build or migration), are non-refundable.

No refund for policy breaches

Services suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use are not eligible for a refund.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we’ll work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your services pending resolution.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your client area or email support@himalaya.cloud with your invoice number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; processing times depend on the payment provider and are typically completed within 7–14 business days.
